A first word
The Belsize Bar & Brasserie is opening soon at 94 Haverstock Hill, in a historic North London pub building.
A bar, brasserie, garden and The Chef's Table for the neighbourhood.
The food will be generous, seasonal and rooted in classic cooking: good produce, proper sauces, Sunday lunch and simple things done well.
The original bar remains at the heart of the room, with good wines, cocktails, draught beer and a short list of things to eat while you stay a little longer.
More will be shared closer to opening.
