Opening menu in development.

The Belsize will serve French classical and English cooking. Good produce, generous plates, slow sauces and Sunday lunches worth staying for.

Expect oysters, steak frites, roast chicken, whole fish, dressed crab, seasonal vegetables, Sunday lunch and the puddings people remember.

Good wine. Martinis before dinner. Long lunches at the weekend.
